Champagne Grand Cru Brut at its best can be incredibly pure and rich. Vanier-Fanniere Champagne at its best is a beautiful grand vin! Our Champagne is served in several micheling star restaurants. Also, it is a fast rising star in the Champagne domain.

Lively colorm beautiful mousse, fruity, definitly for a Champagne, with notes of citrus and peach, very Chardonnay, fresh but remarkably powerful and with clear minrality

wijnbereiding:
hele trossen goed rijpe chardonnay worden in hun geheel geperst en gevinifieerd tot basiswijn (30% daarvan komt uit 2006, 70% uit 2007); tweede gisting natuurlijk op de fles, rijping zo’n drie jaar, dan volgt dégorgement en afvulling met liqueur d’expédition, dosage 10 gram
